January 26th, 2021:

1. 9:00–9:20 AM

a. 10 mins on Twitter catching up on sports news, business news, and political news.

b. 10 mins on Instagram catching up on sports news, entertainment news, and general pop culture news (engaging with numerous posts around the one-year anniversary of Kobe Bryant’s Death).

2. 10:00–10:40 AM

a. 17 mins scrolling through TikTok mainly on my “For You Page” seeing various clips about music, sports, fashion, and entertainment.

b. 20 mins scrolling through LinkedIn looking to expand my network, find internship opportunities, and reading articles about the sport business.

c. 3 mins looking at my Facebook feed to see if it is anyone’s birthday.

3. 10:50–10:54 AM

a. Aimlessly scrolling through Twitter.

4. 11:19–11:27 AM

a. Scrolling through Clubhouse looking for new people to follow.

5. 12:10–12:15 PM

a. Reposting a picture commemorating Kobe and Gigi Bryant from Lewis Hamilton on my Instagram Story.

6. 12:22–12:28 PM

a. Changing my Cover Photo on Facebook to an informational graphic for the Wolverine Support Network as part of their social media campaign for the day.

b. Posting a similar informational graphic on my Instagram Story for the Wolverine Support Network social media campaign.

7. 12:56–1:00 PM

a. Scrolling through my Instagram feed and send a post by the MIT Sports Analytics Conference into a group with members of the MSBC Student Planning Team.

8. 2:31–2:37 PM

a. Scrolling through LinkedIn looking for a summer internship.

9. 2:54–3:39 PM

a. 15 mins scrolling through my Instagram feed and looking at the various Kobe Bryant posts on Complex, Bleacher Report, ESPN, and various NBA players.

b. 10 mins scrolling through my “For You Page” on TikTok.

c. 15 mins scrolling through Twitter catching up on sport business, entertainment business, and political news.

10. 4:00–6:30 PM

a. While on various Zoom calls for student organizations, I would aimlessly check Instagram and Twitter periodically.

11. 8:00–8:45 PM

a. 20 mins on my “For You Page” on TikTok.

b. 15 mins scrolling through Instagram watching highlights from various sporting events taking place that night.

c. 10 mins scrolling through Twitter reading about Michigan Football recruiting.

12. 9:00–9:15 PM

a. Scrolling through the MSBC Instagram feed looking for ways we can improve our aesthetic and how we can better re-use the content from our past conferences.

13. 9:45–10:00 PM

a. 15 mins scrolling through my “For You Page” on TikTok.

January 27th, 2021:

1. 8:00–8:30 AM

a. 15 mins on Twitter catching up on sports news, business news, and political news.

b. 15 mins on Instagram catching up on sports news, entertainment news, and general pop culture news.

2. 10:00–10:35

a. 11 mins on my “For You Page” on TikTok.

b. 15 mins on Twitter reading about trade rumors in various sports & reading a Twitter thread about the business behind the UFC restarting on Fight Island by Joe Pompliano.

c. 10 mins scrolling through my Instagram feed looking at posts from StockX, House of Highlights, Complex, Adam Schefter, and more.

3. 11:00–11:27 PM

a. 15 mins scrolling through LinkedIn looking for new summer internship opportunities.

b. 12 mins on Clubhouse listening to a conversation led by Gary Vaynerchuck discussing various topics such as Sports Cards, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.

4. 1:39–1:41 PM

a. Resharing the newest episode of the MSBC “RE: PLAY” podcast which features Chiney Ogwumike and Allison Galer.

5. 2:15–2:47

a. 25 mins scrolling through my “For You Page” on TikTok.

b. 7 mins looking through my Snapchat feed and looking through stories.

6. 5:00–9:00 PM

a. While on various zoom calls for student organizations periodically checking Twitter and Instagram on my desktop aimlessly scrolling when I am bored during the meetings.

7. 10:00–10:30 PM

a. 9 mins scrolling through Instagram to catch up on sports & pop-culture news for the day.

b. 12 mins scrolling through Twitter catching up on sport business news & political news.
